My stay at the hotel was very pleasant overall. The room, despite being located at the back of the hotel, was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. It was clean, and the TV worked perfectly. The breakfast offered was basic but decent. The service, especially from Denise, was great and very welcoming. However, I did notice that the staff were not always at the front desk. The location was convenient, being central to Charlottesville and Monticello, but it wasn't the cleanest area. The dining experience was good, especially in the morning, but it could be improved. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel room was nice but in need of a definite update. The faux leather couch was comfortable, along with the real comfy bed. The service was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, making my stay very pleasant. The location was good right off 64, near my daughter's house, and close to various attractions. The dining experience was a mix of good and disappointing. The facilities were satisfactory, with room for improvement.
When I first arrived, the room was nice and clean, but it was a bit stuffy inside. It seemed like the room had been closed up for a while, and the air wasn't circulating well. Despite that, the overall stay was pleasant, though the room felt a bit dated.
