My stay at the hotel was very pleasant overall. The room, despite being located at the back of the hotel, was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. It was clean, and the TV worked perfectly. The breakfast offered was basic but decent. The service, especially from Denise, was great and very welcoming. However, I did notice that the staff were not always at the front desk. The location was convenient, being central to Charlottesville and Monticello, but it wasn't the cleanest area. The dining experience was good, especially in the morning, but it could be improved. The facilities were satisfactory.

The service was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, making my stay very pleasant. The location was good right off 64, near my daughter's house, and close to various attractions.
